Airbus Exceeds Its 2025 Delivery Target with 793 Aircraft Delivered

European aircraft manufacturer Airbus slightly exceeded its revised commercial aircraft delivery target by the end of 2025.

According to Bloomberg, the company delivered a total of 793 aircraft to customers throughout the year. This figure came in above the “around 790” target set in December. Airbus had initially planned to deliver 820 aircraft in 2025, but this target was revised downward later in the year due to quality issues with fuselage panels in the A320neo family and other disruptions on the production line.

The majority of deliveries consisted of narrowbody A220 and A320neo aircraft. Deliveries of widebody A330 and A350 models progressed more slowly due to ongoing supply chain constraints.

Meanwhile, Boeing is expected to deliver approximately 600 aircraft in 2025, marking its best performance since 2018. However, this figure still remains well below Airbus’s annual total.

Airbus’s official 2025 delivery figures are expected to be announced on January 12.
